Fulfillment of orders through Home Delivery:

Delivery of drugs and other medical staff at your door may come with desirable convenience, though, at a time it may be faced with the issue of free distribution. The shipment of medicines via parcel post and mail may harmful for some temperature-sensitive medications. We ship your ordered items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, add 2 -3 working days to allow for processing time. If we require a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. If you have any queries about the lead time at a specific time, please contact us with your questions.

Shipping Confirmation Email:

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not accept that mail, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is too important because, if you have not received the order confirmation email; you also would not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

Shipping Promotion:

 Please note that the buyer will shoulder shipping fees. So please make sure that all the details of your ordered items are correct before you order. For the wrong sizes ordered, the item can be exchanged if the preferred format is available. The policy is different for an item purchased during a sale or a promo. 

All items purchased or shipped during the sale period are not valid for exchange. Please make sure you keep the right things and sizes for the order. Tracking of your ordered item will be provided to our customers. Using tracking information, they can quickly know the status of their orders.
